Radiant Field of Sensations

Can you feel Spring stirring beneath your skin? This 90-minute Dynamic Mindfulness and Contemporary Yoga class will expand your perception and awaken your senses leading you home to your body. We will twist, turn, breathe, fold in, expand out, and embark on a joyous interplay with our environment. All movers and shakers are welcome. No mats are necessary.

The class will be taught by Rebecca Sunshine (RYT-300), founder of Sunny Love Yoga and Unknown Yoga Club. Rebecca lives in Berlin but is a born-and-raised Angeleno. She’s making a quick stopover in LA on her way to train with Jules Mitchell and we’re excited to inhale a deep breath of sunshine while she’s here.
