Take this end of winter energy to continue to explore within; to embrace yourself and others. Modular Sound Bath events includes easy breathing, tonal expression, visualization, and guided meditation. This particular dose of sound will be served in the surroundings of art that will take you on a whole other sensory journey! Rest completely while we use crystal singing bowls and modular synthesis to send us inward and beyond, stimulating heart chakra and creating a rejuvenating flow in the entire energy body!

This event will take place inside of the four person group exhibition “Double Date.” Featuring paintings by Makan Negahban, Alic Daniel, mixed media pieces by Megan Jorgenson, and assemblage by Ilaria de Plano. Four artists explore varying themes both abstract and realistic while building related worlds with texture, color, shape, form and recycled materials.
